TWSFactory accepts order cancellations before a product is shipped or produced. If you cancel your order in time, you will receive a full refund—no questions asked. Please note, however, that TWSFactory is unable to cancel an order once the product has already been shipped out. Returns (If Applicable)

TWSFactory gladly accepts returns. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days of receiving their product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it, and it must be returned in its original packaging. To complete your return, TWSFactory requires a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer—instead, contact the TWSFactory customer service team to receive the correct return address. As part of our commitment to fairness, TWSFactory will charge customers for shipping no more than once (this includes returns), and we never charge any restocking fee for returning a product.
